Drivers Age
The minimum Driver’s age is 21 years. However, age requirements and restrictions will apply for larger car groups.
The maximum driver’s age is 74 years.
A young driver’s fee of USD 18 per day up to a maximum charge of USD 180 per rental will apply for drivers from 21 years to 25 years.
A senior driver’s fee of USD 12 per day up to a maximum charge of USD 120 per rental will apply for drivers from 70 years to 74 years.
Driver’s License
Customers have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years before the day of commencement of the rental and should be valid for the next 30 days after the end of the rental.
A valid ID card, passport & booking confirmation voucher would be required at time of pick up.
National Driving License is accepted, if the driver holds a valid driving license with Latin Characters. If the National Driving License is not in Latin Characters a valid International Driving License is required.
International Driving License must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver’s license , passport and credit card on the main driver’s name.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if which needed may include an identity check with an external organization.
All additional drivers must meet the same license requirements as the main driver.
Insurance policy
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount. Can be declined using your credit card if the insurance offered by the card provides the necessary coverage. Payment of the car rental must be done at the counter with the same credit card used on website for prepayment ( if applicable).

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
Third Party Cover is included in your rental amount.
Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge from USD 15.99 per day. More information please check at the rental desk. SLI provides renter and authorized drivers with up to USD 1.000000 combined single limit for third -party liability claims.
Insurance Exclusions /Voids.
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover: damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, wind shield, wrong fuel, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, mirrors, car key damage, the antenna.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle.
Attempted theft of the vehicle, car key loss, theft of the personal belongings that were in the vehicle, acts of God and Terrorist Attacks are not covered by any insurance. The car key and the Police Document for the theft vehicle that reported by the driver of the car, should always be presented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect.
Excess Reduction
Full Damage Waiver (FDW) is optional and reduces the excess amount on CDW up to a small manageable amount under the condition that the damage is not due to violation of Road Circulation Code. FDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors, car key damage, the antenna, incorrect fuel, acts of God, Terrorist Attacks, during transportation by ferry without prior authorization by the company at the time of pick up the car, wheels and tires. The Accident Statement should always be supplemented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect.
Vehicles returned with stained or dirty interior or extremely dirty exterior that cannot be cleaned with normal / common washing, client’s will be charged for minimum €39 to 80 EUR for the biological cleaning of the car. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance.

General Rules.
NON-US RESIDENTS must be able to provide A Driver’s License of their country of residence with their name & a returning ticket to their country of residence in the customer’s name with a departure date.
US RESIDENTS must provide their own proof insurance as a (declaration page), your policy must be transferable to non-owned auto and for personal use.
Insurance companies accepted are State Farm, Liberty Mutual , Geico, rogressive, Mapfre, All State , USAA , Esurance , Farmers, Travelers, AAA, Nationwide, Auto owners.
If you have your own insurance , you must provide your insurance Declaration Page, it must be
Printed within prior to the pickup of the vehicle. Alternatively, presenting the information in a mobile app ath the pick up time is acceptable. This information must much the name, surname & address of the main driver on the reservation. The insurance must include/SHOW a minimum USD liability coverage. And provide full coverage for the rental vehicle.
The address on your driver’s license must match the address listed on your insurance policy.
Fees
Airport Fee is included in the rental.
Other fees:
1. You may be required to pay local tolls or highway fees, depending on where you intend to drive. More information you should ask on the desk.
2. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. If traces of smoke is found in the vehicle, excessive staining, internal damage, or unpleasant odors an additional cleaning penalty fee will apply starting from $296 USD.
- It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any traffic infringements, such as speeding or parking fines or toll evasion, incurred during the rental period. The supplier will charge you a fee to administer any fines..
- An admin fee 113 USD applies to each ticket or citation, if any. This fee covers post expenses, notary expenses and our administrative costs. If the vehicle is towed due to parking in a prohibited area, failure to pay parking fees or involvement in an accident, additional expenses from towing company may apply. In such cases, a fee from 445 USD would be applicable for notarial expenses and administrative costs.
- If the vehicle is available after placing a NO-SHOW on the reservation, a reinstatement fee of up to $77 USD may apply.
- If Keys or fobs are lost or severely damaged, a Lost Key charge from $533.00 USD is applied (subject to the vehicle model). Additionally, there will be charges for keys/fobs delivery or vehicle towing to our nearest location. If you accidentally lock the keys or key fobs inside the vehicle and request assistance, we will charge you for the cost of delivering replacement keys (key fobs) and/or unlocking the vehicle, and/or towing the vehicle to our nearest location, depending on the circumstances. All these charges can be deducted from your security deposit or charged from the card on file.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with sufficient fuel and must be returned with the same level of fuel. Βack to Back. Otherwise, a refueling charge will apply from $7.99 USD per gallon on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk.
Mileage Policy Unlimited ( for non Florida residents only)
Cross Border Travel and Rental Restrictions
-Cross border travel is not allowed.
Vehicles can only be driven within the state of Florida. Under no circumstances may the vehicle leave the State of Florida. Cross border fine $1185 USD along with a mileage charge of $0.30 per mile for rentals total kilometers. International rentals & cross-border rentals are not allowed.
-There are certain roads and areas that you cannot drive this vehicle on. Any unpaved roads or off-road driving is prohibited. You will not be insured if you drive on these roads and therefore you will be fully liable for any damage that might occur.
-It is prohibited to use the vehicle for transportation network services (e.g Uber or Lyft), food or delivery services ( e.g. Uber eats, Postmates, Instacart) or any other commercial purpose. Additional provisions of prohibited uses will be listed in the rental contract if applicable.
-Florida and Georgia residents are eligible for 50 free miles per day . Excess mileage costs $0.90 USD per extra mile. Florida and Georgia residents must provide their own insurance with full coverage and a major credit card, both in the name of the main diver.

The billing of the tolls
Established cooperation with a third -party company that offers two toll options
Unlimited Toll Option : from $ 15.5 USD per day with unlimited toll use and Decline Toll Service: from $ 18 USD Admin fee per day plus the value of the tolls consumed if tolls are used during the rental period .
All of rental vehicles are equipped with a non-removable transponder attached to the windshield.
No customers personal transponder devices are allowed. Removal/damage of pre-installed transponder may result to a fine of $300 USD.

VAT
VAT is included in the rental price.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Diners, Discover.
American Express it’s not accepted.
It is necessary to present a valid credit card in the rental office in the name of the
main driver to pre-authorize or charge the deposit amount.
Additional Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver CDW) with zero excess/deductible must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Cash, Debit cards.
Deposit
Part of the excess amount depending on car group will be authorized against your credit / debit card at the time of rental. This amount will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 15 business days after the end of the rental, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.
Above security deposit varies from 250 USD to 500 USD for all cars . Florida residents are required to pay a minimum 1.000 USD deposit when renting a vehicle.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is on request. Please send your request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to [email protected].
For delivery and collection service additional charges per kilometer may applies. Please check at the rental office for more details.
Out of Hours
Out of hours pick-up and drop-off are available for an additional charge $180.00 USD plus taxes per service. If out of hours charge is not included in your voucher must be paid at the rental desk prior your pick-up. Please call for more information or inquire at the counter.
Grace Period
For vehicle pick-up
60 minutes of grace period is allowed from the scheduled time. After the grace period reservation is considered as No-Show and will be canceled without prior notice. In case you apply for car pick-up after the grace period you must first apply for a new booking.
For vehicle drop-off 60 minutes of grace period is allowed from the scheduled time. If the customer returns the vehicle after the grace period, one day extra charge will apply or late return charge of $77 USD.
Amendments to bookings
If you experience any delays, you must contact the office immediately prior to your reserved pick-up time. If you experience any flight delays and you have provided our office with your flight details and your mobile number an agent will track your flight and reach out to you via phone call to schedule your pick-up.
You will not receive a refund if you return the vehicle early, reduce the number of days on your confirmed reservation or downgrade the vehicle type from the category booked. Please check at the rental desk for more information.
Extras
Additional drivers: Can be up to 2 add. drivers, with daily charge of $15.50 USD per driver.
Infant / Child / Booster Safety Seats: Available $ 8.30 USD per day. The renter is solely responsible for the proper choice and installation of a child safety seat.
Glass and Tire Cover (GTC): Available $6.00 USD per day.
PAI / PEI Insurance: Available $8.30 USD per day.
Roadside Assistance: Available $3.00 USD per day.
Local Unlimited Miles for Florida-Georgia Residents: Available $24.00 USD plus tax per day.
Cell Phone SIM Card: Available $60 USD each.
