| Drivers Age |
| The minimum Driver’s age is 21 years. However, age requirements and restrictions will apply for larger car groups. |

| The maximum driver’s age is 75 years. |
| |
| A young driver’s fee of EUR 5 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 50 per rental will apply for drivers from 21 years to 24 years. |
| A senior driver’s fee of EUR 5 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 50 per rental will apply for drivers from 72 years to 75 years. |
| Driver’s License |
| The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least: |
| |
| 1 year for mini, economy, compact, intermediate, standard and full-size vehicle groups. |
| 3 years for luxury and premium vehicle groups. |
| |
| Besides Valid driving license, valid ID or Passport, credit card and booking voucher are required at the time of pick up |
| |
| National Driving License is accepted, if the driver holds a valid driving license with Latin Characters. |
| If the National Driving License is not in Latin Characters a valid International Driving License is required. |
| International Driving License must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver. |
| |
| Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. |
| |
| Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if which needed may include an identity check with an external organization. |
| |
| All additional drivers must meet the same license requirements as the main driver. |
| |
| Insurance Coverage |
| Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) |
| It is included in your rental amount. |
| Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount. |
| |
| Theft Wavier (THW) |
| It is included in your rental amount. |
| Theft Waiver - reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible. |
| The excess amount of THW will depends on the vehicle groups. |
| |
| Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) |
| Third Party Cover is included in your rental amount. |
| Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages. |
| |
| Please Note: The Accident Statement should always be supplemented so that the insurances covers will be in effect. If there is a third party involved to an incident, clients should call the police authorities to the incident. In case of car damage or a car theft, an administration fee (D.A.F.) of EUR 40 be charged to the driver. |

| Insurance Exclusions/Voids |
| |
| CDW & CDW+ does not cover: damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, tire punctures, wheel damage, interior damage, wind shield, wrong fuel, damage to lights or lenses, mechanical damage, mirrors, car key damage, the antenna. |
| |
| CDW & CDW+ will be voided if damage is caused by: driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, unauthorized drivers, racing or speed contest or competition, unlicensed driver or driver training, driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle. |

| Attempted theft of the vehicle, car key loss, theft of the personal belongings that were in the vehicle, acts of God and Terrorist Attacks are not covered by any insurance. |
| The car key and the Police Document for the theft vehicle that reported by the driver of the car, should always be presented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect. |
| |
| Driving over state or international borders in violation of the Rental Agreement, towing or pushing, intentional damage, simple negligence, gross negligence or recklessness, driving off of a regularly maintained roadway, using the vehicle for hire, driving in violation of local traffic laws, failure to secure the car keys, or failure to lock or secure the vehicle. |

| Excess Reduction |
| |
| Full Damage Waiver (CDW+) is optional and reduces the excess amount on CDW up to a small manageable amount under the condition that the damage is not due to violation of Road Circulation Code. FDW does not provide any coverage concerning damages provoked at the underside part of the vehicle, inside part of the vehicle-saloon, wind shields, mirrors, car key damage, the antenna, incorrect fuel, acts of God, Terrorist Attacks, during transportation by ferry without prior authorization by the company at the time of pick up the car, wheels and tires. The Accident Statement should always be supplemented so that the insurances’ covers will be in effect. In case of car damage or a car theft, an administration fee (D.A.F.) of 40,00 EUR will be charged to the driver. This charge applies irrelevantly of party at fault. Vehicles returned with stained or dirty interior or extremely dirty exterior that cannot be cleaned with normal / common washing, client’s will be charged for minimum 30 to 80 EUR for the biological cleaning of the car. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance. |
| The price of CDW+ varies from Euro 8 to Euro 18 according to the vehicle groups. |
| If the renter opts for CDW+, a refundable deposit amount varying from EUR 600 to EUR 750 according to the vehicle groups will be blocked on the credit / debit card. |

| Fees |
| Airport Fee is included in the rental. |
| |
| Other fees: |
| 1. You may be required to pay local tolls or highway fees, depending on where you intend to drive. |
| 2. Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted. In case of smoking, a penalty fee will apply. A minimum charge of EUR 30 to a maximum charge of EUR 80. |
| 3. It is the driver's responsibility to drive following the law and traffic rules. In case of any traffic violation and/or parking tickets during the rental period, the amount will be charged to the driver plus an administration fee of 40 EUR. |
| 4. In case the vehicle is returned as extremely dirty, interior and/or exterior, an additional charge applies for cleaning. In the amount of a minimum of 30 EUR to a maximum of 80 EUR, depending on the vehicle's condition. |
| |
| Roadside Assistance |
| Roadside Assistance is available 24/7 and free of charge. The vehicle is covered by roadside assistance for any mechanical faults. If the call out is due to driver negligence, for example lost keys or running out of fuel, the renter may be charged a breakdown call out fee. |
| Contact phone number of the road assistance indicated to the signed Rental Agreement and/or provided by the rental agent at the time of pickup the car. It is recommended to contact the branch directly in the event of required roadside assistance. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle immobilized, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle from the roadside assistance. | Fuel Policy |
| Same to Same. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as was during pick up. For returning the vehicle with less fuel, a refuelling fee applies plus the market price per litre for missing fuel. |

| Cross Border Travel and Driving Restrictions |
| Cross border travel is not allowed. |
| There are certain roads and areas that you cannot drive this vehicle on. |
| Any unpaved roads or off-road driving is prohibited. You will not be insured if you drive on these roads and therefore you will be fully liable for any damage that might occur. |

| Transfer by Ferry boat |
| Transer by Ferry boat is not allowed. |
| |
| VAT |
| VAT is included in the rental price.VAT is included and for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services. |
| |
| Payment Methods |
| Cash payments , Visa ,MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted for both rental amount payment and deposit payment and must be on main renter's name while paying at the rental desk. |
| Diners credit cards, prepaid cards are not accepted. |
| Please note that a credit/debit card surcharge may be added when your payment is processed. |

| Deposit |
| Part of the excess amount depending on car group will be authorized against your credit / debit card at the time of rental. This amount will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process. |
| Deposit can be minimized according to the scheme of insurances customer might select . For more information please check at the rental station. |
| |
| Delivery and Collection |
| Free delivery and pick-up service is provided throughout Marrakech. |
| Delivery and collection service is on request in Casablanca . Please send your request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to [email protected]. |
| For delivery and collection service additional charges per kilometer may applies. Please check at the rental office for more details. |
| |
| Grace Period |
| |
| For vehicle pick-up |
| 60 minutes of grace period is allowed from the scheduled time. After the grace period reservation is considered as No-Show and will be canceled without prior notice. . In case the customer arrives after the grace period, then there is a late fee of 20 euros and exceptionally for the period June - August the late fee will be charged 40 euros. |

| For vehicle drop-off |
| A 60 minutes grace period is allowed from the scheduled time of drop off as indicated per your booking voucher. In case the customer returns the vehicle after the grace period, there will be an additional day charge. |

| Amendments to bookings |
| Should you experience any delay, please contact our partner's office on Marrakech Airport:+212673400939 / Marrakech Downtown: +212673400939 & Casablanca Airport: +212682919469 (24/7 Service ) or alternatively, contact us on +30 6942456097 before the specified pick-up time. If you experience a flight delay and have provided our office with your flight details and mobile number, an agent will track your flight and contact you by phone to schedule your pickup. |
| You will not receive a refund if you return the vehicle early, reduce the number of days on your confirmed reservation or downgrade the vehicle type from the category booked. Please check at the rental desk for more information. |
